It was ok for what it is. We would not stay there anymore.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

The A/C only turns on between 5pm and 10 am; however, it shutdown at 10pm in a very hot night. The elevator felt that it was going to snap and drop down, causing us to hit the stairs for the rest of our time there, even with our luggage. The hotel forces you to pay the taxes in cash without any type of heads-up while everyone else happily takes cards.

I enjoyed stay with you 2 nights. Very comfortable bed and good WiFi. Staff was also helpful.

I liked about the location was close to the transport and the room was good size and clean.

Better lightning in room especially in the mirrors. Air conditioning control easier for the client.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and great coffee. The location is a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which by tram in 15-20 minutes you are already in Venice. Own car park.

As we booked in a hurry on the day of arrival we didn't read reviews and we chose it on the principle of closer to the centre and inexpensive price. Unfortunately a little unlucky with the room, it was very small, clearly not designed for three people and very "tired", there was no extractor in the bathroom, sockets fell out of the wall and one did not work at all, because of the old furniture, carpeting and rag wallpaper there was a smell of dampness and mould. The price is clearly overpriced for such a room. The hotel as a whole is not bad but needs renovation of rooms!

Good choice if you want to visit Venice for a day or two and you’re coming by car.

Good location, free parking onsite, good value for money.

Our room was very hot even with the air conditioner turned on. And then it got automatically turned off at 9 and it very quickly turned into a sauna. It was also a mosquito season and we got eaten by them alive even before reaching our room.

Good for this price range.

Nice old school interior, the staff was very friendly, trash was taken out everyday and location was good, easy to teach train station and go to Venice.

The gap between beds. Very hard to sleep in when you are constantly falling in the middle.
